Information Collected by CA Central

(1) Data you enter manually into the application;

(2) The IP address you used to connect to our servers;

(3) Information about the device you are using, including the operating system version and device model;

(4) Information about the application such as the application version;

(5) Diagnostic information about the application, including any application errors or crashes; and

(6) Log information about your session such as the date, time and duration of your session, the screen and areas of the application you have used, or views that you have accessed.

Third Party Services

We do not disclose your data to any third parties except for the organization that enrolled you in the CA Central program.

Storage of Your Information

The information collected by the CA Central uses both technical and procedural Security Measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the CA Central databases, including the use of firewalls, complex passwords, various audit trails, data loss prevention, regular penetration testing, risk assessments, and anti-virus software. The CA Central encrypts all data during transmission. All data within CA Central backend database is also encrypted.
